The Shields of David program offers several 20 minute videos on various topics to empower the students and give them a better understanding surrounding the current threat to Jews in America and worldwide. Teaching the art of Krav Maga instills a sense of empowerment and confidence in the students. Krav Maga is an Israeli self-defense martial art combining the most effective techniques and philosophy from various martial arts. Our program can be designed to fit the needs for any situation from a four week course to a weekend shabbaton.
Our graduates have enjoyed this fun way to learn how to defend themselves, gain self empowerment, and bond with other Jewish young adults in a more casual environment. Once the students “graduate” they receive a certificate and are connected through our virtual community web application.
